Delivery Policy

• Our shipping services are currently available only in Bangalore.
• Order Will be taken up to 25th October 2024
• The minimum order value is Rs. 3,000.
• Cash on Delivery (Cod) and door step delivery options are available.
• Free delivery for orders above Rs. 5,000/-
• Delivery charges Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 are applicable for below Rs.5000/- Order value.
• Once we receive your inquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm the order and provide delivery details within 5 hours.
• We will deliver the goods within 48 to 96 hours, once the order is confirmed before 25th October.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to natural calamities or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a product is missing or out of stock, we will adjust or offer alternatives after discussing it with you. This can be processed based on your complaint via What’s app or phone call.
• Instant Crackers is not responsible for non-delivery caused by errors on the customer's part (e.g., incorrect name or address). Any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer who placed the order.

Cancellation & Return Policy When can a customer cancel their order?

• A full refund is applicable for orders cancelled before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once an order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
